On 14 Jun 2024, Friday morning, initially start at 4.30 but delayed until 5.30 which already quite hot, begin at 34Celcius, end at 47celsius. Cramp is normal here, elevation gain not much only 3 flyover but the force of the wind. Today is the recovery ride for Rasen Athlete they maintain average at 30km/hour, which I cannot bare after 40km, recover on km 50, luckily no cramp, found 2 guys that cramp and we ride together until end, helping to cut the wind for them.
